ModSentry
Closed beta — 13 spots left

Tickets, moderation, and
a dashboard that actually helps.

ModSentry runs your support tickets, moderation, and staff structure from one bot — hosted for you, with a full web dashboard so nothing lives in a config file. Log in with Discord, invite it, and configure only your own server.

Hosted & managed — nothing to set up on your end.

    What it does

Everything your server's staff actually needs

A quick look — see the full feature breakdown for the details.

    Support tickets

Ticket types, panels, private channels, claim/close, and full HTML transcripts.

    Full moderation suite

Ban, kick, mute, warn, purge — as slash commands or right from the dashboard, with rank rules and a searchable action log either way.

    Channel lockdown

/lockdown stops everyone but staff from posting, with an embed anyone can see. /unlockdown lifts it.

    Content filters

A banned-word list and a link/invite filter, both whole-word matched and dashboard-managed, with starter templates.

    Auto-punishments

"N warnings → mute/kick/ban" enforces itself, from either side.

    Welcome, leave & autorole

A message (and a role) the moment someone joins, and a note in a channel of your choice when they leave.

    Staff hierarchy

/promote and /demote with real rank rules, editable on the dashboard.

    Embed builder

Live preview, mentions, starter templates, and an event-time picker that auto-converts per viewer.

    Permissions manager

Every role on the server, laid out as an expandable panel. Grant /mute without /ban, or dashboard access without real Discord permissions — your call, per role.

    Reaction roles

React to a message, get a role — unicode or custom emoji, built and posted from the dashboard.

    Guided setup

A checklist points at what's left to configure, and starter templates fill in ticket types and filters for you.

    Giveaways & events

One-click entry, a required-role gate, and auto-picked winners — or an RSVP with a live Going/Maybe/Not going count.

    Verification gate

One button new members click to get in — pair it with channel permissions to hide everything else until they do.

    25+ utility commands

/afk, /remind, /quote, /snipe, avatar & user lookups, /nick, /slowmode, /role, and more — everyday commands, gated exactly like every other moderation action.

    Plus the extras

Tags, scheduled announcements, a message edit/delete log, stats channels, bulk role tools, /poll, /info, /help, and more — no setup required.

    Getting started

Up and running in four steps

No hosting to set up on your end — the dashboard is already live.

    1

    Log in with Discord

Head to the dashboard and sign in with your own Discord account — no separate password to remember.

    2

    Invite ModSentry

One click adds it to any server where you're the owner or have Manage Server.

Note: Drag ModSentry's role above the roles you want it to manage in Server Settings → Roles, or ticket access, staff ranks, mutes, and reaction roles won't work.

    3

    Configure it

Set up ticket types, panels, moderation, the swear filter, and staff hierarchy — all from the dashboard.

    4

    It runs itself

Tickets, moderation, and the staff list all update live from there on — check back whenever you need to.
